Registration - Exchange students

Getting acceptedShortly before the beginning of the exchange period, exchange students will receive a confirmation of their acceptance by e-mail. This confirmation includes details about when and where to report and who will be your academic contact.Upon arrival in UtrechtAll exchange students are requested to contact the Student Service Centre for registration reasons, as soon as possible after their arrival. Please bring your passport, a passport photo, proof of insurance and your entry visa (if applicable) with you.Student i.d. cardUpon completion of your registration you will be issued a student i.d. card.
It will be sent to your address in the Netherlands within several weeks. This card entitles you to the use of libraries at the Utrecht School of the Arts and the Utrecht University. It can also give you discount at various theatres and museums. If you loose your card you can request a replacement for €11,-When you leave you are requested to hand it back in to the SSC so that it can be destroyed. This can also be done by post.Change of addressIt is your duty to keep the school informed of any change in your personal information, which is relevant to your registration. Please notify the SSC of any change in your address or telephone number. You can do this via e-mail: info@ssc.hku.nl
