How to applyApplications for international exchange must include the following:

• Completed Application Form for Exchange Students (please note that applicants for the Utrechts Conservatorium must use an AEC application form). All forms can be downloaded below. Please make sure your form have a signature of approval from the person responsible for international exchange at your home institution.
• Portfolio or CD(-ROM) of your work and academic standing (see Preparing a portfolio).
• Transcript of records with grades and credit information from current school of higher education.
• Letter of motivation.
• Letter of recommendation.
• Two passport size photographs
• Copy of your passport

General Application Form for Exchange Students (online)

When to applyThe application deadline for the autumn semester (Sept.-Dec.) is April 15th. The deadline for the spring semester (Feb.-June) is October 1st.

Applicants for the Utrechts Conservatorium (Faculty of Music) have one deadline for both autumn and spring semester: May 1st.
